Overview
Depending on your location, your invoice is issued by one of our two legal entities:
- Vying Cloud Technologies SRL — for clients based in Romania
- Vying Technologies OU — for clients in the EU (excluding Romania) and all international customers
Both entities provide clear, transparent invoices that include your services, usage, and any add-ons.

1. Who Invoices You?
✔ If your company is registered in
Romania
You are invoiced by:
Vying Cloud Technologies SRL (RO)
TVA se aplică conform legislației din România.
✔ If your company is in the
EU (except Romania)
or outside the EU
You are invoiced by:
Vying Technologies OU (Estonia)
VAT reverse charge applies for EU companies with valid VAT ID.

2. Subscription Items on Your Invoice
You may see:
- Cloud Desktop (Windows VDI / DaaS)
- VPS servers
- Additional storage
- Additional RAM/CPU upgrades
- Extra IPs
- Backup plans
- Additional users
- Support add-ons
Everything is itemized clearly so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

3. Resource Upgrades (Prorated)
If you upgrade mid-month (CPU, RAM, SSD), the invoice may show:
Upgrade — prorated
Meaning you only pay for the remaining time of the billing cycle.

4. Add-ons
Optional extras appear as separate lines:
- Extra backups
- Multiple cloud desktops
- HA/Disaster Recovery (if purchased)
- Managed services
- Migration support

5. One-Time Charges (if applicable)
These appear only when requested:
- Software installation
- Advanced configuration
- Database migration
- Emergency support
- Additional IP provisioning

6. VAT / TVA
✔ For Romanian clients
Invoices include TVA 19%, issued by SRL.
✔ For EU companies (excluding Romania)
Invoices are issued by Vying Technologies OU with Reverse Charge VAT 0%, if a valid VAT number is provided.
✔ For non-EU clients
Invoices are VAT-exempt by default.

Your invoice shows:
- The legal entity billing you (SRL or OU)
- Your plan
- Any upgrades or add-ons
- VAT rules depending on your location
- Transparent final total
