Your invoice comes from SRL or OU depending on your country, but payment rules remain straightforward.

1. Payment Methods

✔ Bank Transfer (primary method)

Romanian clients

Payments are made to Vying Cloud Technologies SRL (cont RON sau EUR).

EU & International clients

Payments are made to Vying Technologies OU (Estonia, EUR).

Both invoices include the correct IBAN and banking details.

✔ Recurring payments (optional)

Available for corporate contracts or multi-desktop deployments.

2. Due Dates

✔ Standard

14 days from invoice date.

✔ Grace Period

We notify you before any service pause.

✔ Prepaid Options

You may pay 3–12 months in advance.

3. Updating Billing Information

To update your:

• company name
• address
• VAT number / CUI
• registration number
• billing email(s)
• accounting contact

Just message support.

Important:

Changes apply only to future invoices (legal requirement).

Just provide the emails you want added.
