🔍 Symptoms

  • VPN connects, but:
    • Websites don’t load
    • RDP doesn’t connect
    • Shared drives don’t appear
    • Ping doesn’t reach private IPs

âś” Fixes

1. Wrong VPN profile

Make sure you’re using the .ovpn file we provided.

2. Firewall on your PC

Some antivirus firewalls (ESET, Bitdefender, Kaspersky) block VPN routing.

3. DNS issues

Reconnect VPN → OpenVPN refreshes DNS.

4. Double NAT office networks

Some routers block VPN tunnels.

Try hotspot → if it works, your office router needs a rule.

5. Traffic blocked on server side

We check server firewall instantly if needed.
