Overview

Your 30-day free trial gives you full access to a real Vying.io cloud desktop — not a demo, not limited, not shared.

You get your own Windows machine running on our enterprise servers so you can test everything exactly as it works for paying clients.

This guide shows you how to start the trial and what happens next.

1. Submit the Trial Request Form

Go to the “Test for 30 Days Free” page and fill out the form with:

  • Your full name
  • Company name (optional for individuals)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Preferred start date
  • Any specific software you need (SAGA, Office, SQL, etc.)

This helps us prepare your environment correctly.

2. We Contact You for Confirmation

One of our engineers (not a call center) will contact you by:

  • Phone
  • WhatsApp
  • Email

We confirm:

  • Your technical requirements
  • The number of desktops you need
  • Any special software
  • Access method (RDP / VPN / secure key)
  • Your preferred start time

This step ensures your desktop is tailored to your workflow.

3. We Create Your Cloud Desktop

We prepare your machine with:

  • Windows environment
  • CPU/RAM/SSD resources
  • Network configuration
  • Backup/restore points
  • Security keys or RDP access
  • Optional pre-installed apps (SAGA, Office installers, etc.)

Your desktop is created on Dell EMC enterprise hardware — the same infrastructure used by paying clients.

4. You Receive Your Login Details

Once everything is ready, you receive an email or WhatsApp message with:

  • Your username
  • Your temporary password
  • Connection method (RDP, VPN key, URL, etc.)
  • Link to connection guides (Windows, macOS, iPhone/iPad…)

We provide step-by-step instructions if you need help connecting.

5. Connect and Start Working

Use the Remote Desktop app on:

  • Windows
  • macOS
  • iPhone / iPad
  • Android
  • Linux

Just open the .rdp file or enter the connection details we provide.

The desktop opens instantly — fast, fully responsive, and ready for work.

During your trial you get full support, including:

  • Phone support
  • WhatsApp support
  • Remote assistance (AnyDesk)
  • Help with software installation

If something isn’t working the way you expect, tell us — we fix it.

7. After the Trial Ends

At the end of 30 days, you choose:

Option A — Continue using the service

We send you an invoice and keep your desktop exactly as it is.

No changes, no downtime.

Option B — Don’t continue

We delete your VM securely.

Your data is removed according to our GDPR policy.
