• Cloud Desktop (VDI)
• VPS
• Most cloud services

Includes full performance + support.

If you don’t continue, no charges apply.

2. Refund Policy

✔ No refunds after paying for active services

Because:

• CPU cores
• RAM
• Storage
• Backups
• IP addresses
• Software licenses

…are allocated instantly and reserved only for you.

This applies to both SRL and OU.

3. Canceling a Service

You can cancel anytime by sending:

• service name
• preferred shutdown date

We process same-day and confirm via email.

4. What Happens to Your Data?

You choose one of the following:

✔ Immediate deletion

All data, backups, and snapshots removed instantly.

✔ Temporary retention

We keep data up to 7 days if needed.

✔ Export

We export databases, files, desktops, or backups before removal.

GDPR-compliant for both entities.

5. Canceling an Entire Account

If you wish to terminate everything:

• Notify support
• Download required data
• Final invoice issued (SRL or OU depending on location)
• All data deleted securely
